Products: All unopened items (excluding bulk orders) in new condition may be returned within 30 days for either a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. There is a $10 restocking fee per return. Bulk orders are not returnable.
Services: Individuals requesting a refund who have not logged-in to an online course within 30 days of enrollment OR have not moved past session one in the full course of instruction, qualify to receive a complete refund less a $12 service fee.
